Reset Account

Since everything transferred and stored by CommonKey is encrypted and we make sure even we don't have access to your sensitive information, there's NO way for us to "recover" your CommonKey account without the password. However, CommonKey users can reset your account, which will delete all stored information.

NOTICE: Resetting your account will COMPLETELY RESET your CommonKey account and all associated stored information, including any saved account login credentials, companies you've created, and access to shared company data.

By entering your email address and clicking "Initiate Process to Reset Account," you will receive an email with your Password Reminder info (if added) and a password reset URL. The URL will require verification of personal information, account RESET action confirmation, and a new CommonKey password. Once reset, you'll be able to log into your CommonKey account.
